How much does it cost?
The price varies depending on the different services you want. In the Prices section you can see how much each service costs and what your overall price would be. That section also explains the steps I take to create quality pictures and virtual tours.
How long does it take to photograph a house?
Houses up to 1500sq/feet will take between one hour and one hour and a half to shoot. Houses bigger than 2000sq/feet will take around two hours for a complete shooting session.
Why does it take so long to take the pictures?
For each room that I photograph I need to find the best composition and the camera needs to be properly set up on a leveled tripod. Otherwise the walls of the room will not look straight in the picture. Furthermore, for each composition (picture) I need to take at least three shots which I can then process into a final picture by combining them into one, thus taking what is best out of each one. I also try various angles for each room in order to determine what the best one is.
How many photos do I get for one house?
If the house is below 1500sq/feet you will receive between 15 and 20 pictures for it. For houses bigger then 2000sq/feet, you will get between 20 and 30. Usually that covers each room in the house once and important rooms like the living room and the kitchen twice or even more times.
How long will it take to receive the pictures?
Usually I process the photos the same day and you will receive an email from me between 11pm and 12am that night.
How will the photos be delivered?
You will receive an email from me containing two links: one will have the full high resolution images, the other will have the same images but re-sized to 800x600px. The high resolution images (12 Mega pixels) can be used by you for your printed brochures, the low resolution images are for MLS uploads.
Can I see a sample of your work?

Do I get a virtual tour?
Yes, the virtual tour is included in the basic package. You can see some sample virtual tours in my Gallery.
Will you retouch the photos?
All the pictures are hand retouched, to brighten or darken portions of the image. The sky will be replaced if the weather was not optimal the day the pictures were taken. Also if the front lawn grass is not perfectly green, I can make it look greener.
How do I book a photo session?
You can give me a call at 416-623-9253 and ask for Alin, or you can fill up the form in the Contact section of this site and I will reply as soon as possible. After our phone conversation, I will ordinarily ask you to fill out the online form in order to accurately record your information.
How and when do I pay you?
I accept cash, checks, and PayPal. If you pay with cash, I prefer that you pay me immediately after the shooting, otherwise we can arrange a different date at your convenience.
Do I get a receipt?
After your payment is processed, ask me for a receipt and I will send it to you via email in PDF format. Please ask for a receipt prior to the final payment so that I can add the appropriate HST amount to your bill.
