Nikon D90 is perfect for real estate photos. HDR photos are easily taken by turning on the bracketing function of this camera. Nikon made it so easy that all you have to do is click a button. Another useful feature is the live view mode. I've found my self many times in a corner trying to compose the picture, and I don't know what I would have done if I wouldn't had the live view.

To do that you need a special kind of camera that can do what's called WIDE ANGLE photography which basically squeezes the photo to give you more of the surrounding, to take a wide angle photo you need expensive professional camera with detachable lens.
